About Our Client
We are partnering with a well-established organisation in the oil and gas industry, headquartered in Singapore with presence of offices in Europe.
Job Description
- Ensuring all daily BAU issues are resolved on a timely manner or escalated to the relevant team for resolution for the ETRM systems
- Supporting the Project Manager in all upcoming new projects by taking part in entire project life cycle, ranging from requirements gathering, functional design and user acceptance testing
- To drive regular discussion without ETRM vendors for issue resolution, prioritization of change request and release planning
- To involve in regular meetings with business users to understand new requirement and change request and drive them to completion
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of working experience in the ETRM or related industry
- Strong understanding with SQL databases, VBA and Python scripts
- Good knowledge with Risk Management System, and front to back business process in a commodity trading firm or a financial institution
