Responsibilities
- Responsible for analysing, troubleshooting and resolving stamping issues to achieve productivity, quality and cost targets.
- Responsible in assisting in stamping tool design reviews for new product development
- Responsible for establishing process capability, optimum parameter setting, mill cost, Bill of Material (BOM) and work instruction for dies and processes.
- Responsibel in identifying and proposing cost reduction program and upgrading to achieve quality and competitive cost to meet present and future stamping requiremen
- Responsible for providing technical guidance and training to juniors technicians and toolmakers
Requirements
- Min Nitec in Production/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering/ Tool and Die Making
- Min 5 years of working experience in Stamping Industry
