Job Description
- Understand specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of work
- Assist Project Manager in compilation of handing-over documents including as-built drawing
- Architectural planning, coordinating the drawings, reviewing of project specifications and technical clarifications
- Prepare computerised authority submission drawings and documents in reference to local authority regulations and codes
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
- Proficient in AutoCad, Revit, Sketch-Up, BIM, Microsoft Project, and other digital tools
- Able to work independently, self-motivated individual with great initiatives and hands-on training experience.
