· Prepare tender analysis costing and evaluation contract negotiation.
· Preparation of tender bid for management’s approval and submission
· Prepare monthly payment claims and final account for contracts and ensure timely and complete submissions to the client for payment certificates.
· Prepare document for inviting quotations, prepare comparison, tender report.
· To hit sales target and secure new project and develop new business
REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Project & Sales Management or equivalent
· At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience in Corporate Offices, Fit-out & M&E works
· Driven to achieve high conversion rate of leads to sales
· Experience in sales, marketing or related field
· Meet sales and business targets consistently
· Research, Identify and qualify sales opportunities within large enterprises within commercial space
· Manage the entire pre-sales cycle and client expection management, including contract negotiation
