Job Description
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Manage a team of creative people to execute the plan
- Working with the R&D team and Production team on product development initiatives
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- This job also requires you to travel and/or coordinate with overseas partners.
The Successful Applicant
- Around 4 years of Marketing experience within Horeca / Food / Food Retailer / FMCG
- Strong expertise within Branding
- Excellent communication skillset to collaborate with key decision makers
- Jack of all trades marketer
