We are looking for experienced Project Managers who have rich experiences in the ACMV field. Responsibilities:
- Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
- Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works and ensure project completion on time.
- Estimation, establishing the budget and on-going project cost monitoring
- Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractor.
- Conduct regular site safety meeting and to implement safe site working condition and environment control measure.
- Review method of statement and check drawing discrepancies
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Supervise project team members and sub-contractors to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work and complete their works on time as per agreed
- Mentor and train Project Engineers.
- Any other works and task deem necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree
- Min. 5 years of experience
- Strong leadership
- Relevant experience is key criteria, ACMV experiences will be advantageous
- Good communication skills and resources
