- Supervise and manage the Service Team.
- Keep all the systems installed in Asia at the agreed level of efficiency.
- To oversee routine maintenance and repair tasks in accordance to maintenance instructions/procedures.
- Take responsibility to maintain all the tools, test equipment, and test jigs required for Service Team usage.
- Meet the service level for both Preventive Maintenances and Corrective Maintenances Tasks.
- Take control of local inventory and generate weekly report on usage/top up.
- Participate in new machine installation, commissioning, buy off and reports.
- Participate in data analysis on new and old failure on system.
- Laise and communicate with customer to provide Service weekly report.
- Publish weekly report and other related reports as per request.
- Perform any job assigned from time to time by the management.
