- Develop, implement and execute an effective sales strategy for direct and channel sales
- Define and maintain an operating plan spanning MQL, SQL and funnel development to deal closure
- Review and update the offer positioning and drive a customer acquisition campaign
- Take overall responsibility for the growth in revenue as well as customers in conjunction with Marketing, Customer Success and Product development
- Build an effective and efficient sales organization supporting the company goals and objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive / Business Development Director, or similar sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Hubspot ) is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- A business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate, ability to learn fast
- Understanding of HR, AI and enterprise software is a plus
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
