Sales Director

  • Develop, implement and execute an effective sales strategy for direct and channel sales
  • Define and maintain an operating plan spanning MQL, SQL and funnel development to deal closure
  • Review and update the offer positioning and drive a customer acquisition campaign
  • Take overall responsibility for the growth in revenue as well as customers in conjunction with Marketing, Customer Success and Product development
  • Build an effective and efficient sales organization supporting the company goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive / Business Development Director, or similar sales/customer service role
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Hubspot ) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • A business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate, ability to learn fast
  • Understanding of HR, AI and enterprise software is a plus
  • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
