Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and involve in Quality Management System (QMS) that is in conformance with ISO9001:2015, ISO13485 and AS9100:2015
- Responsible to initiate and monitor the internal quality audit to be performed as to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead, manage and mentor the QA team and ensure a productive and high-performance work environment
- Plan and Perform Customer / Process audits
- Review audit findings and develop action plans
- Participate in audit meetings and coordinate internal and external audit activities
- Manage First Article Planning, CMM, CMM program, Visual Inspection program and other measurement equipment
- Manage Internal and External Corrective Action Reports (CAR)
- Perform root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify effective correction and process improvement
- Manage Departmental KPI and Suppliers’ Qualification, Performance Monitoring, Quality Management and Audit and Disqualification Program
- Coordinating and liaising with Operation in ensuring Quality of production’s outgoing products meet Customers’ requirement
- Support Operation through establishment of Operations Standard, Process and Quality Control Plan
- Establishment of Product Quality Standard with Sales and Customers
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in Quality Management Roles in Precision Engineering or Contract Manufacturing (Mechatronics) industries
- Extensive working knowledge / experience of QMS, SPC, GD&T and CMM
- Well versed in CpK, Gage R&R, PPAP, 8D and 5 Why methodology
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Well organized and able to multi-task
- Analytical and a good team player
