Job Description
- Collaborate with the production team to plan, organize, and execute media-related events, including product launches, press conferences, and promotional activities.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth event operations.
- Communicate and negotiate with vendors and sponsors to secure necessary services and resources.
- Maintain positive relationships with partners, ensuring their needs align with event objectives.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations, programs, and name badges.
- Oversee on-site event logistics,managing staff and volunteers to ensure a seamless execution.
- Address issues or concerns that arise during events, providing quick and effective solutions to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports highlighting key performance indicators and areas for enhancement.
- Act as a point of contact for event-related inquiries and communication.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring and managing event budgets, ensuring expenses stay within approved limits.
- Submit invoices and track payments related to event expenses.

- Events often involve unexpected changes or challenges, so flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly are valuable traits.
- Enthusiastic and positive team player with a “No task is too small attitude”.
- Highly organized and detail oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Minimum Diploma in event management, public relations, communications, or a related field is often prefered.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin as one is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking.
