Roles & Responsibilities Of Assistant Manager, M&E
Main Responsibilities:
• Review and discuss construction method and choice of material with Project Manager, Consultants and specialist works-contractors and finalize the most appropriate practical, productive and safe construction method in advance of works for compliance to statutory requirements.
• Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines.
• Able to Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Work closely with clients and consultants on technical matters.
• Attend progress/site/MEP meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in M&E works relevant experience in managing M&E works in the construction industry.
• Ability to liaise with statutory authorities.
