Key responsibilities:
- Attend pitch sessions and discussions with universities, research institutes, professors and researchers.
- Screen technologies, conduct market research and due diligence.
- Prepare investment papers for investment committee approval
- Plan regional sourcing strategies of high quality patented technologies
- Management of relationship with tech transfer offices
- Work closely with Professors and Researchers to create business model and go-to-market strategy
Requirements:
- Preferably with PhD/Master’s degree in the field of engineering and materials science
- Desire to be part of a small team and make a big impact
- Passion for and a deep understanding of the tech industry
- Self-starter, ability to thrive and perform in an unstructured environment
- A tangential thinker with an Investigative mindset and insatiable curiosity
- Interest/experience in the field of sustainability and semiconductor will be a bonus
