Responsibilities:
- Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter services
- Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
- Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately
- Takes initiative and assist patients who request assistance
- Makes appointments for follow-up patients
- Ensures that all patients' related documents are scanned in
- Assist with doctors' requests
- Look out for at-risk trigger prompts and refer needy patients to MSW accordingly
- Assists patient with Medisave application
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels
- Prior exposure or experience in a similar position
- Able to commit to staggered shift hours, and alternate weekends.
