- Order coordination and execution incl. stock verification and coordination in SAP
- Order entry in SAP
- Shipping document coordination and dispatch
- Shipment follow-up and customer information
- Invoice creation
- Receivables follow-up
- Credit and debit note generation
- Liaising with third party logistics provider and plant for shipment coordination and monitoring of shipment schedule
- Complaint processing via SAP
- Interact on a regular basis with internal interfaces from Sales & CSR, Supply Chain, Logistics, A/R, Credit Management departments to ensure effective business operation
