Job Description
- Oversee all FP&A responsibilities for APAC Commercial Operations
- Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, and month-end closing analytics
- Develop and deliver presentations, including strategic planning and sales analytics
- Drive annual and long-range planning, establishing financial targets and KPIs
- Communicate a cohesive and concise financial story, emphasizing business drivers and implications on future results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on company initiatives
- Provide financial analysis and support for business reviews and decisions
- Address areas like operational efficiency, cost savings, capital expenditure, vendor selection, etc.
- Develop executive-level presentations for monthly and quarterly financial reviews, annual operating plans, and various reviews
- Actively engage with key stakeholders and cross-functional departments to drive results
- Lead process improvements and efficiencies
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of consolidated reporting for the division results
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years relevant experience within a large multinational corporation, with a preference for expertise in the life science sector.
- Candidates with experience in team management and regional roles are preferred.
- Proficient in US GAAP. SAP, Analysis for Office experience is a plus.
