STORES ASSISTANT

Kitchen & Kitchen Pte. Ltd.

  • Assist the Store Supervisor to manage the inventory levels to ensure a healthy stock level for all store items.
  • Raise requisition for all items below inventory level.
  • Receive and check all incoming materials to store.
  • Record all issuance of consumables and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Organize and re-arrange all items in proper boxes.
  • Maintain the tidiness of the warehouse at all times.
  • Check and inspect all items before and after loading. Verify quantity, condition, and type of items received with purchase or delivery orders.
  • To carry out clerical duties relating to the issue, receipt of inventories, and tracking of stock availability in the store.
  • Perform inventory control and do a stock take.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the respective departments when goods arrive.
  • Manage the inventories in the system and files.
  • Perform tasks under direct supervision, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in materials handling.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels qualifications.
  • Prior experience in store/warehouse operations is preferred.
  • A valid forklift license will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably someone with 1-year experience in warehouse work
  • Preferred: Basic computer knowledge. (Excel, Email)
  • Full-Time
  • 5.50 days work week
