- Assist the Store Supervisor to manage the inventory levels to ensure a healthy stock level for all store items.
- Raise requisition for all items below inventory level.
- Receive and check all incoming materials to store.
- Record all issuance of consumables and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Organize and re-arrange all items in proper boxes.
- Maintain the tidiness of the warehouse at all times.
- Check and inspect all items before and after loading. Verify quantity, condition, and type of items received with purchase or delivery orders.
- To carry out clerical duties relating to the issue, receipt of inventories, and tracking of stock availability in the store.
- Perform inventory control and do a stock take.
- Coordinate and communicate with the respective departments when goods arrive.
- Manage the inventories in the system and files.
- Perform tasks under direct supervision, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in materials handling.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels qualifications.
- Prior experience in store/warehouse operations is preferred.
- A valid forklift license will be an added advantage.
- Preferably someone with 1-year experience in warehouse work
- Preferred: Basic computer knowledge. (Excel, Email)
