Job Description:

  • Handles feedback and queries from members of public.
  • To work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback.
  • To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirement:

  • Only Singaporean
  • Diploma in any field
  • Prior experience in Admin & Customer Serivce field
  • Good communicaiton skills and competent with MS Office
