Job Description
The organisation is hiring a Lead, Partnership & Business Development to assist and support a mix of existing accounts and new outreach territories. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling outreach, marketing & business personality, and a hunger to chase and close new partnerships from meetings, discussions, existing partners' management and inbound warm leads. Remuneration package includes options for revenue sharing, profit sharing or commission.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contacting potential partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current partners while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Opportunity to attend local/overseas conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the partnership team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Participate in the delivery of programmes, events and workshops.
- Support the BD & Partnerships Team in achieving greater exposure and business traction.
Requirements
- Experience in business, partnerships, sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage projects independently and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
