The Job
- Greeting customers at the front desk and providing exceptional service, including offering general information, redirecting customers, addressing compliments and complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Serving as the point of contact for sales hotlines and inquiries, efficiently addressing customer queries and providing information.
- Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail when handling customer data.
- Managing and distributing sales leads in accordance with company standards.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain customer records and interactions.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the automotive market and products to effectively assist customers.
- Generating monthly sales lead reports by collecting and analyzing customer information to identify trends and opportunities.
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager and providing support to the marketing team when needed.
- Handling adhoc administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Strong customer service skills, both verbal and listening, to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively to various situations and customer demands.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Candidates with prior experience in customer service and/or call center roles will be advantageous.
- 6-days workweek (Mon-Sat: 8.30am to 6.00pm)
