Job Description:
Member of:
Projects & Technology Construction Team
● Kit & stage materials
● Work with contractors to coordinate materials staging and distribution.
● Interface between the field personnel & purchasing/warehouse personnel
● Deliver materials to job-sites
● Return unused materials back to warehouse
● Order extra item & add-on work material
● Expedite materials from vendors
● Monitor the usage of the “free stock” trailer & recommend changes as needed
● Work with the logistics coordinator to establish new material lay-down yards.
● Work with field execution leads to stage material for upcoming work and delivers it to the job site.
● Complete Warehousing Plan
● Define Materials Management Strategy
● Complete Materials Management Plan
● Define Materials Warehousing Strategy
● Define Materials shorts and Damages Procedures
● Complete Materials Inventory
● Receive and inventory all materials
● PMI material per site policy.
● Manage and control the Aveva ERM i.e. Materials
● Trackers and control incoming materials and Ordering if needed.
● Interfacing with warehouse personnel, stakeholders and contractors.
Requirements:
● Supply chain logistics.
● CMMS (IFS) receiving.
● P&T organisation and execution flow.
● Material kitting.
● Experience in Turnaround
● Location: Tuas
