We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in both IT and finance, possessing a robust understanding of financial systems and processes to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the headquarters' IT department to integrate business process systems with local financial systems. This includes, but is not limited to, tasks such as GL posting and master data synchronization;
- Analyze and document financial IT requirements for other overseas entities, providing corresponding solutions. Collaborate with the headquarters to implement these requirements and drive financial IT development overseas;
- Gather financial data analysis requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide data support using tools such as BI;
- Provide technical support, daily operations, and troubleshooting for the relevant financial system modules;
- Conduct regular reviews and optimizations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, computer science, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial system, with at least two completed financial system projects.
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial systems and processes
- Proficient in tools such as BI, SQL, VBA, Python; familiarity with overseas accounting systems and experience in system automation integration is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing as this role requires interacting with Chinese stakeholders.
