A new and exciting Collateral Operations & Change position (extendable contract) for a global bank in Singapore. Looking for someone with experience in ETD and OTC Derivatives, with experience in both change projects and operations.
Requirements
• Experience of having worked on a change initiative with strategic deliverables required
• Confident communicator who can convey complex messages to a wide audience and is adept at negotiating and navigating at all levels across an organization
• Instance credibility across ETD Experience of Exchange Traded Derivatives Execution or Clearing Operations, or previously worked in a supporting BAU process
• Experience of using an Exchange Traded Derivatives clearing platform beneficial but not essential
• Experience in driving process forward independently whilst seeking steer and guidance as and when necessary
• Candidate should be intellectually curious and understand what drives processes
