Our client is a global MNC looking for a Senior IT Service Desk Engineer to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Address incidents, questions, and requests through phone, email, or self-service, meeting 24x7 KPI targets.
- Collaborate with the Technology team to reduce recurring incidents.
- Serve as an escalation point for the IT Support Team.
- Follow call management procedures, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- Collect metric data for reports and trend analysis.
- Maintain daily and monthly metrics adherence (initial response time, support turnaround, surveys).
- Maintain consistency and uphold professional standards within IT Support.
- Support the team in achieving KPIs.
- They will participate in communications during major incidents.
- Conduct internal training and identify skills gaps.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with relevant technical teams
- Customer-focused and objective approach to problem-solving
- Familiar with MS Windows and Office applications, IT infrastructure, and Hardware
