Service Engineer (AGV)
- Salary: Basic $4,200 - $4,600 + VB
- Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Location: Benoi Road
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the workshop, customer services, and traffic teams, ensuring their accountability and integrity in operational readiness.
- Develop comprehensive policies and procedures to optimize efficiency in workshop and traffic operations.
- Ensure that staff members are adequately trained and motivated to meet required standards.
- Address problems openly and promptly, identifying and managing risks effectively.
- Continuously assess and improve workflow and working conditions to enhance labor turnover and operational efficiency.
- Uphold safety and housekeeping standards set by the company in all work conducted.
- Act as the point of escalation for team members dealing with operational issues.
- Generate reports on performance, budget, and expenditures.
- Strategize and achieve financial budgets and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in Engineering & equivalent.
- Competent in corporate presentation
- Possess strong analytical & technical knowledge
- Prior working experience in managing daily workshop for at least 2 years
- Valid Class 3 Driving License.
