Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage general office administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-today operations
- Maintain the office condition and liaise with facility management vendors
- Implement and maintain online office administrative and workflow platforms, ensuring optimal utilization for efficiency.
- Manage vendor payments, expense claims for employees, correctly book corporate card transactions and own the billing process
- Handle human resource functions using an online HR platform, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Organizing internal/external events
- Stationery – ordering and maintaining supplies
- Liaison with vendors
- Organize and supervise office events, meetings, and staff engagements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all administrative and HR activities.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 5-8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proven experience in an administrative management role, preferably in a family office or financial services environment
- Familiarity with GIP-FO and MAS 13U tax incentive schemes in Singapore a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools.
- Proficiency in using online office administrative tools and HR platforms
- Strong communication skills and able to work in fast paced environment
