Location: Tuas (near to Gul Circle MRT)
Salary: $2500 - 3300
Working days: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm (alt Saturday after probation)
Job Description:
- Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
- Ensure that employees are following computer use policies, information security and privacy
- Maintenance of network infrastructure, hardware, CCTV, communication & GPS systems
- Software troubleshooting Window OS
- Resolve day to day IT issues in the office
- Outlook installation, MS Exchange Mgmt, Antivirus Deployment
- Work on standalone IT projects as and when it is required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer system maintenance
- 2 years above experience working hands-on in complex IT infrastructure including CLOUD solutions, networking, enterprise storage platforms
- Industry certifications a plus (Microsoft, Cisco etc.)
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft System Centre is an advantage
- Experience in virtual infrastructure and WAN networking is an advantage
- Experience with High Availability / Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity planning and execution is added advantage
- Solid understanding & proficient of Microsoft Cloud/Office 365
