Job Duties:
- Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.
- Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
- Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
- Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Preferably experience with implementation / maintenance, consulting, pre-sales or as end-user using the above product.
- Expertise in SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY) and Benefits (BN).
- Good knowledge with hands-on experience in managing IT incidents and problems.
- Good analytical skills with ability to quickly establish cause of system issue reported.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work with others to resolve problems.
- Ability to communicate information well to co-workers and management verbally and in writing.
- Able to work independently as well as an excellent team player
