Job Description:
- Handling in order of Purchase Orders, seek quotations & negotiation.
- Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records and related documentation.
- Responsible to ensure orders will be completed within the lead time.
- Liaise with Account Department on payment matters.
- Documentation requirement - Purchase Order, Invoice, keep record, filing etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
