In this role, you will:
1. Promote and sell BICS international wholesale voice and mobile data solutions to assigned customer portfolio;
2. Negotiate and conclude exchange of voice traffic with in-country main partners with the view to create value and increase profitability;
3. Optimize and retain BICS’ existing products portfolio for both voice and/or mobile data throughout the assigned customer base;
4. Sell new and complex mobile data solutions (signaling, roaming and messaging) in line with BICS commercial and go to market strategy;
5. Negotiate and ensure timely implementation from contract to solution delivery of all products sold. Interact with various internal departments such as legal, finance, product management and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction during pre and post sales activities;
6. Feed BICS with changes in market, regulatory, and technology changes with regards to assigned markets;
7. Be responsible for achieving and exceeds sales and buying voice, mobile data and customer acquisition objectives.
SKILLS Required:
· Solid understanding of both Telco Voice and Mobility solutions
· Language skills: English – mastering Hindi is an advantage
· Sales and or technical experience
· Negotiation skills
· Customer oriented
· Strong communication skills
