Responsibilities:
- To prepare, maintain, communicate, and coordinate diverse commercial administration in support of all sales activities.
- Materials will include price lists, quotations, product specifications, datasheets, Technical Service Enquiries, sales master data, and other documentation as required by systems, companies, agents an customers
- Maintain, communicate and coordinate internal online ordering platform.
- Support and communicate closely with other departments, maintaining records of sales data and promotly assist customer enquiries.
- Own the customer relationship for designated customers/territories including price setting within defined limits.
- Prepare commercial quotations in response to new customer enquiries. Informing customers of pricing and otl contractual conditions within agreed guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with agreed procedures and take the decision when to escalate issues for approval plan and prioritise daily workload within guidelines.
- Regular direct contacts with customers requiring appropriate commercial sensitivity and communication style of the customer relationship.
- Broad knowledge of systems & processes (e.g. ERP, CRM). Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement administrative systems
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant.
- Technologically savvy – proven experience as administrator of online ordering platform/ system, able to navigate backend settings and troubleshoot order variance.
- Experience working in MNC organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Contract role for 1 year, subject to renewable and convertible to permanent.
