About the Role
- In this role, you will be responsible for Full sets of Accounts for clients' portfolio.
You will be responsible for:
- Closing of accounts, preparation of management accounts and financial statements for clients’ entities.
- Preparation and generation of required accounting reports and schedules for audit.
- Preparation of GST return for clients’ entities and ensuring that clients GST treatment for their transactions are correct.
- Preparation of simplified/full XBRL.
- Preparation of tax returns for clients’ entities.
- Assist clients on tax issues, act as a point of contact for tax-related issues/queries for both clients personal and Corporate Income Tax.
- Handle tax compliance issue and computations for individual and Corporate Tax.
- Prepare monthly CPF submission, and CorpPass related issues for clients’ entities..
- Maintain good client engagement, provide prompt response to clients’ requests/needs, keeping clients informed of progress in related to all aspects of the services provided.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
What We Are Looking for
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting.
- Obtained or currently pursuing professional Accounting qualification is a plus.
- Prior experience in the local Accounting firm is a great advantage.
- Must be pro-active, a good team player, able to work under pressure and independently.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask incoming inquiries and manage priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
