- Project implementation and coordination with all relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely delivery of project
- Conduct periodic site meetings and inspections to determine if work is being performed according to the contract drawings, specifications and work schedule
- Check and verify all claims by contractors during the course of work and to make recommendation. Present to User on the contractor's weekly progress schedule.
- Coordinate and conduct weekly project meeting.
- Record of weekly minutes of meeting.
- Post-contract documentation: certification of completion, contractor's payment, DLP and collate O&M manuals from NSC.
- Inspect and check the work upon completion in preparation of handing over. Arrange for Rl inspection prior to handing over of project, if required.
- Monitor and instruct if necessary the contractor to rectify all defects during defect liability period.
- Issue completion certificate upon satisfactory completion by the contractor.
- Issue list of defects upon completion of defects liability period and supervise its rectification.
- Issue payment certificate for Retention Sum release upon completion of DLP defects rectification.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday ( 9am to 6pm) ,
Saturdays (9am to 1PM)
- Diploma / Degree or its equivalent
- Team Player and analytical with problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under stress
- 2 Years experience in Commercial Interior Renovation
