HR Business Partnering
- Business partnering to line managers by providing HR advice and perspective, with the objective of motivating employee’ morale and achieving a Win-win outcome for the business and employees.
- Provide advice on contracts, HR legislation, company policies & procedures, discipline & performance management.
- Involve in employee relations through counselling or advisory services.
Compensation
- Responsible for co-ordination and administration of performance appraisal exercise.
- Administer budgeting process.
- Participate in renumeration surveys where necessary.
Recruitment
- Responsible for recruitment activities which includes in-house / recruitment agency sourcing, selection and salary proposal preparation.
- Responsible for work pass applications and logistic arrangement for new hires.
- Prepare for new hire onboarding which includes orientation, P-file creation etc.
- Preparation of HR, Headcount and other reports.
Talent Management
- Responsible for company’s talent management initiatives as defined.
- Accountable for all aspects of talent management and succession planning.
Others
- Participate in HR-related surveys and market research and keep abreast with market trends and policies.
- Participate and support global or regional HR projects and/or initiatives at country level.
- General filing and housekeeping.
- Responsible for other HR administrative and ad hoc activities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business / HR management or related discipline preferred.
- Ideally with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Good knowledge in local labour legislation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and excellent follow up skills.
