Job Scope:
Call Centre Agent
- Attend in-coming calls for service appointment / customer’s enquiries
- Making outgoing calls for various telemarketing tasks
- Conduct calls for customer feedback (NPS)
- Daily email correspondence with internal staff and customers regarding booking and other enquiries
- Ad-hoc work assigned
Telesales/ Telemarketer
-Cold calling to potential new customers & assigned existing customers
- Handle customer enquiries in an efficient way
-Work closely with sales team & forward sales orders in timely manner
- Process invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note
- Ad-hoc work assigned
