Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in doing finishing work include but not limited to paper folding, trimming, cutting, gluing, pasting.
- Ensure proper packaging of printed materials, such as brochures, labels, or other printed products, according to specified guidelines.
- Arranging and organizing printed materials in the correct order for multi-page documents before binding or packaging.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure the quality of packaging materials meet specified standards (colour accuracy, registration, and overall print quality) and that there are no defects in the print or finishing
- Maintain detailed records of quality checks, inspections, and any issues identified during the production process.
- Properly label packages with accurate information and complete necessary shipping documentation.
- Provide feedback to production teams regarding any quality issues and collaborate with them to implement improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall quality assurance practices
- Responsible for the regular maintenance and cleaning of the finishing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Requirements:
- Attention to details with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to communicate with different departments, follow instructions, and provide feedback is valuable
- A willingness to adapt to different finishing requirements and learn new processes is advantageous.
