IT Support Engineer – Jurong ( Alternate 5 1/2 Day)
- perform daily system operation, admin & maintain computer /network system
- troubleshoot computer system & network problem, diagnosing & solving hardware or software fault
- installs & configure hardware / software
- administration of endpoint detection & response, email system, backup system & windows infrastructure
- administration & maintenance of tcp / ip network
- provides user training & support
- undertaking duties . assignments as & when assigned by the superior
- degree or diploma in IT or equivalent
- min 3 years relevant experience
- competent in TCP / IP, security & relevant protocools, hardware system & networking infrastructure
- knowledge of windows & linux system
- knowledge of vpn, router, switch, lan controller & able to configure & deploy
- Basic salary : S$ 3000 – S$ 4000 neg
