The client is a prominent company in the Pest Management industry, specializing in systematic approaches to effectively manage, eliminate, and prevent pest infestations across diverse environments.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively pursue new sales opportunities.
- Foster and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
- Create and deliver tailored presentations to potential clients.
- Drive partnership initiatives, fostering beneficial agreements.
- Continuously enhance partnership processes for acquisition, selling, development, implementation, and retention.
- Address sales inquiries via email and phone promptly.
- Professionally negotiate deals and manage objections or complaints.
- Provide ongoing sales support to current clients.
- Collect market and customer data for analysis.
- Generate sales reports as needed.
- Meet individual sales goals, KPIs, and manage account receivables.
- Execute tasks delegated by the Business Development Head when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation abilities.
- Focused on results, self-motivated, and capable of independent work.
- Able to pivot strategies and approaches to meet evolving market needs and opportunities.
