As part of our expansion, we are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for the implementation of projects at customers manufacturing facilities located around ASIA PACIFIC region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for Technical Support of AGRAMKOW installation base in the region.
Planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects in conjunction with our Danish Experts.
Handling incoming request from customers via phone, mail or the customer management system (CSM).
Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned projects.
Preparation of project status reports.
Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests.
Conduct On-site project implementation, software configuration, installation, and training of end users.
To be a part of our center of competence to our regional partners and offices.

Requirements:

Degree in Electronics and Computing engineering or of similar capacity of education.
Min. 3 years’ experience in an industrial or automation-based project environment.
Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read electrical and mechanical drawing is a must.
In depth understanding of IT hardware and networking concepts.
Working knowledge of SQL databases and query language preferred.
Knowledge of process systems for HVAC or Industrial production/manufacturing environment is a plus
Knowledge of Data systems for production/manufacturing environment is a plus.
Basic project management skill.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Fluent in Mandarin an advantage.
Frequent travelling in the region is required.
Self motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
