We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist who is preferably from a B2B background with strong project & event management skill and go-to-market experience. This will be a 1 year contract role supporting Singapore and Southeast Asia market, you will be assigned on project basis to support project owners to work closely with stakeholders and drive the required deliverables and outcome.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with business unit functions including Projects, Engineering, Business Development and Safety teams to develop and execute marketing and communication materials in the B2B segment
- Manage and be responsible for the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including creative development, media planning, and analysing and reporting on performance of marketing initiatives to stakeholders
- Develop collaterals and assets including videos, presentation decks, email campaigns, advertisements across a full spectrum of channels for marketing purposes
- Develop content for website, social media, industry conferences, exhibitions, editorials and business media
- Lead and manage events such as launches, engagement events, talks, seminars, for different audiences including but not limited to suppliers, customers, external stakeholders and internal stakeholders
- Work with and maintain relationships with external agencies to execute and optimise paid media campaigns including SEM, events, productions
- Ensure brand messaging and design consistency is in adherence to company’s guidelines across all communication channels
- Manage allocated marketing budgets and expenditures
Required skills and qualifications
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- At least 4 years experience in a Marketing role
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in public relations, marketing, or communications discipline
- Strong understanding of CMS and CRM platforms such as Umbraco and Dynamics365 is a plus
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Candidate with practical experience in the energy/renewables sector is a plus
- Is proactive, positive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability in successfully working with cross-functional teams
- Strong in planning, managing and coordinating events or roadshows
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail necessary to prioritise multiple initiatives and projects
- Ability to adapt to a changing business with a strong willingness to learn
- Familiarity with content or customer management systems
