Job Description:
- Coordinate and execute the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance & leave policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
- Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
