Job Description
- As an Entry-Level Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for the day-to-day IT Infrastructure Operations.
- You will be required to provide support to the team and ensure that the IT infrastructure is running smoothly.
- Your primary skill in IT Infrastructure Operations will be utilized to ensure that the project is completed successfully.
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure operations.
- Ensure that the IT infrastructure is running smoothly.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that the project is completed successfully.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
- Ensure that all work is completed within the project timeline.
Requirements:
Top 3 Mandatory skills:
1. IT Cloud Infrastructure Operations.
2. Full Stack experience (NodeJS, ReactJS).
3. AWS Cloud administrative skills, AWS Developer associate or AWS Administrator SysOps certified.
Other Skills Requirements:
1. Service management
2. DevOps pipeline understanding
3. System integration background
4. Incident Management
5. Problem Management Skills which are good to have / optional
6. CAT2 clearance is required before onboard.
