Roles & Responsibilities
· Provide full secretarial and administrative support to
· Managing Director (MD) and other members of staff.
· Manage MD’s day-to-day calendar, including organising business meetings and
appointments.
· Prepare travel itineraries and handle international travel arrangements.
· Processing MD’s expenses.
· Preparing invoices and tracking payments.
· Liaise with external accountant on all accounts matters.
· Managing staff leave applications and approvals, and other HR matters.
· Coordination of facilities and technology procurement and setup.
· Handling new staff induction and briefing.
· Organise meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes.
· Liaising with suppliers and clients via email and phone.
· Assist in recruitment activities for new staff.
· Organise and maintain filing/record management system.
· Arrange and coordinate social and training events for the Company staff.
