We’re searching for a Warehouse Assistant to be part of our Supply Chain Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and Cpk indices to meet operations goals
What you will be working on:
- Ensure safety in all aspect of work eg. Carrying heavy load, Binning In, use of ladder etc
- Reference to HIRA
- Always practice good 6S housekeeping in daily work
- Execute the strategy to achieve the Purchasing department KPI in the following areas
- Timely delivery, Zero Non-conformance for audit
- Perform SAP transaction for warehouse related task: Packing
- Support internal & external audit to ensure compliance to all audit requirements
- Follow up for any non-compliance
- Execute procedures for security wafers management (Security wafers packing)
- Identify and work on improvement projects and submission of projects into SSMC Transform Portal
- Support data analysis and preparation for yearly strategic planning
- Review all OI and SOP and ensure they are updated
More about you:
- Minimum GCE O Level / ITE / Poly graduate
- Preferably 1 to 2 years’ logistic experience in a warehouse
- Experience in semiconductor warehouse is a plus
- Possess Integrity
- Good working attitude and proactive
- Possess strong understanding of SAP system
- Accuracy in work
- Good housekeeping skills
- Forklift license is a plus
