The Role

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end operations of the assigned store.
  • Responsible for leading team members to achieve sales objectives, service excellence, and operational compliance.
  • Promote teamwork and coach team members in daily work performance and career development.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Consultant / Area Manager to achieve business goals.
  • Plan shift roster and allocate team member duties in accordance with operational requirements.
  • Engage in the recruitment of team members and manpower planning for the store.
  • Implement and facilitate store operations, merchandising, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage customer feedback and enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for ordering, receiving, inventory, and cash control of the store.
  • Analyse stores financials from sales reports and recommend areas of improvement.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, food hygiene, and equipment maintenance according to quality assurance and food safety guidelines.
  • Ensure store and team member compliance with prevailing Company and government regulations.

About You

  • Comfortable working on a 6 days’ week schedule with rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Willing to stand for long hours and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Able to carry 10-15 kg products
  • Relevant experience in the Retail/F&B industry will be an added advantage
