Job Duties:
- Manage the calendar and a variety of administrative task for the CEO/Chairperson
- Handle travel management that includes booking of air tickets, hotel room, car transfer, plan travel itinerary, match travel plan with business meeting schedule etc.
- Provide guest reception services and organize socializing events and holiday arrangements as required.
- Provide secretarial support including document preparation, minute-taking in meetings, and report generation.
- Manage and organize personal effects and other items as required by the senior executive.
- Arrange logistics of tele and video conference calls, and schedule meetings including booking of meeting rooms
- Processing of expense claims and reports
- Generating various daily, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reports
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with using online and AI applications.
