- Provide 7 x 24 operational support for all production practices including weekends and holidays for:
- Basis IT troubleshooting knowledge on both Window and Mac machine.
- Update and maintain good working knowledge of DWP platform and other associated system and processes.
- Help in documenting BAU support processes
- Assist Property team in managing Video Conferencing rooms room
- Support DWP CSAT
- Provide technical expertise to facilitate investigation of complex technical issues.
- Possesses strong understanding of technical in DWP systems to identify and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
