Job Description
- Responsible for providing direct patient care in hospital inpatient settings
- Assessing and monitoring patients conditions and vital signs
- Administering medications
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Assisting with patient education
- Maintaining medical records
- Attending to patients wound care
- Documentation and Reporting
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Singapore.
- Practical experience gained through internships or clinical placements during nursing education / Prior work experience in a similar role.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Proficiency in English is essential, as it is the primary language used in healthcare settings in Singapore.
- Candidates must be a holder of one of the following stated Citizenships, Singaporean, Permanent Resident, or an appropriate work visa or permit.
- Candidates are required to undergo a health screening to ensure they are fit to work in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated clinical skills, including administering medications, wound care, and patient monitoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare terms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handles emergencies, and makes quick decisions when necessary.
