As a Portfolio and Asset Manager, you play a key role in our multi-channel distribution strategy. Backed by an SGX-listed entity, we have ambitious goals to disrupt and reshape the savings industry by introducing class-leading financial instruments that serve as meaningful alternatives to traditional bank deposits. In this role, you are pivotal to our revolutionary BigFundr platform, connecting global property developers to investors and providing a fast and digital savings alternative to regular banks. Collaborating with our IT, Client Experience, Products, and Compliance teams, you will contribute to building and shaping our daily business operations, driving successful products to a diverse pool of retail, accredited, and institutional investors across the region.

How you’ll shape our journey
· Drive seamless collaboration by consolidating and finalizing Deal information with internal parties and Fund Managers
· Conduct credit assessments for Deals, embracing digital solutions for efficiency
· Facilitate swift Deal approvals together with the Investment Committee
· Utilize advanced technology to create, update, and manage Deal records on our cutting-edge platform
· Ensure fluid coordination with the Finance team for the timely and accurate handling of funds
· Craft comprehensive Deal factsheets and legal documents, employing a digital-first mindset for precision
· Utilize digital tools to coordinate and obtain real-time updates from Fund Managers on Deal matters
· Monitor and report receipts on Investors’ Principal and Interest
· Utilize digital analytics to track completion status, progress of construction, and exceptions.
· Provide real-time updates on delays, new sales and property valuations using cutting-edge tools
· Digitally update and maintain precise Deal records, ensuring accuracy for dynamic Management reporting
Qualifications and Experience
· Diploma / Degree or its equivalent in Finance, Business or Real Estate-related disciplines preferred
· 3-5 years of relevant working experience
· Basic understanding of the Principles of Investment
· Good command of the English language and proficient with numbers
· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
· Self-starter with strong hands-on mentality
· Fast organizer who can prioritize and tackle multiple tasks whilst maintaining a precise and well-structured way of working
· Meticulous and have an eye for details
· Good appreciation for risk and control procedures and regulations
· Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
· Familiarity of cashflow modelling is an added advantage
