Job Duties:
- Assess and evaluate patient's / family's psycho-social and financial statues
- Identify cases which require financial assistance
- Provide casework and counselling services to patients and their families
- Liaise with government departments and social service organisations
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Social Work
- 1-2 years of related experience will be advantageous
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Registered with Singapore Association of Social Workers
