Senior Admin Assistant

☑ Working Location: Redhill (5 mins walk from Redhill MRT)


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and address hotline complaint calls each morning.
  • Upload NRI data for drivers and generate audit reports.
  • Check and respond to emails promptly.
  • Manage filing tasks, collecting forms and reports from drivers.
  • Update and organize contract files, ensuring all documents are in order.
  • Respond to sales inquiries from new customers.
  • Handle customer requests regarding sales details and communications.
  • Record daily sales, sandwich disposal, and cash drawings .
  • Order cleaning materials for vehicles and vending machines as requested by drivers.
  • Respond to calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Update maintenance records provided by Operations Manager and technicians.
  • Prepare weekly VM location summary reports.
  • Conduct checks on all company vehicles.
  • Review and validate expenses claims from drivers before submitting to accounts.
  • Upload lodger data for audit purposes (5 drivers).
  • Summarize reports on NRI, VM sandwich disposal.
  • Prepare monthly VM location reports, upload to the system, and rectify errors.
  • Generate reports for price and target differences, communicate with customers, and prepare invoices.
  • Prepare commission payable details as per contracts.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections.
  • Undertake tasks assigned by supervisor.
  • Prepare documentation for audits (SS590) and respond to BizSafe requests.
  • Draft and prepare letters as needed.

Requirement:

  • N Level and above
  • Good customer service skills
  • Microsoft Office (Word,Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Preferably able to start immediately or on a short notice
